Oferta de trabajo: Technician Mindfulness-RESONATE

ISGlobal is seeking a highly motivated senior mindfulness technician for a part-time, temporary engagement in the EC funded RESONATE project RESONATE (“Building individual and community RESilience thrOugh NATurE-based therapies”). The successful candidate will be exposed to a network of Europe’s most prominent researchers in the field of associations between nature and human health. The candidate should have a genuine interest in the topic of Nature based Therapies (NbT) and have an interdisciplinary mindset. 
RESONATE is funded by the EU’s research and innovation Horizon Europe (HE) program under GA No 101081420.

• Participate in the co-creation of a mindful walking intervention in urban coastal settings 
• Deliver group-guided sessions of mindful walking in an urban coastal area in Barcelona and/or metropolitan area
• Train junior technicians in delivering mindful walking sessions

• Lead the NbT intervention delivery, mindful walking, guiding a number of groups of 10-12 participants
• Work closely with the case study coordinator 
• Assist contact with health care centres if needed
• Attend meetings with case study research team

• Certified mindfulness and/or yoga teacher 
• Experience of at least 10 years in providing mindfulness, yoga sessions to variated profiles of people.
• Experience in designing sessions based on the pathological and biomechanical characteristics, seeking the integral balance of health and wellbeing
• Experience in hholistic practice that takes into account the person's psycho-emotional state and different life stages
• Experience with people with chronic diseases, special needs and other vulnerable populations

• Contract: Part-time (60%)
• Salary Range: Based on professional experience

The selection process is designed in two phases:
1- Interview phase of a technical nature, with the team that requires the incorporation. To assess the person's skills and CV.
2 - Meeting with HR with the finalist(s) to finish assessing the profile and discuss contractual and institutional issues.

If needed any technical test could be pass. A Psychological Competency Evaluation Test will be required for the structural or transversal positions.

In accordance with the OTM-R principles, a gender-balanced recruitment panel is formed for every vacancy at the beginning of the process. A profile questionnaire as well as a technical exercise may be required during the process.
