On June 25th and 26th the Global Health Next Generation Network is hosting its second annual conference, which serves as an opportunity to connect students and recent graduates with established professionals in the field of global health. The event features a dynamic series of panels and workshops where seniors can promote their expertise, while also having the unique opportunity for discussion from a fresh perspective. The two day conference will be held at the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Barcelona, and is open to all global health professionals —regardless of experience level—wanting to encourage transdisciplinary collaboration, as participants will yield a considerable variety of expertise, skills and backgrounds. The event counts with the collaboration of the Barcelona Institute for Global Health (ISGlobal).

The theme of this year’s conference is: Ensure the Voice. The message serves not only for the event but has a wider application to foster communication and cooperation amongst global health professionals across all levels.  By participating in the conference, attendees can help promote, listen to and nourish the ideas of the next generation of global health professionals, who will ultimately be responsible for the many challenges that still lie ahead.
