Our Team

Valeria is Learning Specialist for Digital solutions in the Education and Training team at ISGlobal, since 2020. She designs and implements digital training programs and resources that integrate diverse tech-based learning formats and emerging methodologies. She also manages the virtual campus of ISGlobal, ensuring engaging and accessible learning experiences across e-learning, blended and in-class formats.

Her academic background includes degrees in Psychopedagogy (UCAECE –Buenos Aires– & UAB –Barcelona–) and in Teacher Training, a Master in Education and ICT / E-learning (UOC), a Postgraduate in Online Training Resources Edition (UB), and studies in Online Marketing (UB).

She has extensive experience as an Instructional Designer and LMS Specialist across academic, NGO and corporate contexts. Since 2012, she has collaborated as a Lecturer in Higher Education programs at UOC. Currently, she is exploring how AI can be applied to improve both learning processes and workplace training, with a focus on its ethical implications and impact.
