COVID-19: How to make confinement a more bearable experience

Social distancing measures involve house confinement, something nobody is used to. Overnight, we have seen our scope of action reduced to our home's walls, which sometimes may start to feel very narrow. In addition, in many cases, our house becomes our "new office".

How can we make this situation more bearable? Aleix Cabrera, ISGlobal Communications Officer, lived the confinement experience a few weeks ago, after having been in contact with a positive case of COVID-19.
