Cesar Velasco is a Clinical Medical Doctor, specialist in Preventive Medicine and Public Health with a focus in Global Health. He is interested in social projects, health management and policies, clinical research and epidemiology. Health innovator and co­founder in Sisamat CSR . He has worked for many international organizations focused in healthcare and migration issues such as European Center for Disease Control (ECDC), Hospital Clínic of Barcelona and in the World Health Organization, as a member of SAGE WHO Experts Committee for Ebola vaccine and vaccination.
