Los objetivos de INMA son:
- describir la exposición prenatal y postnatal a contaminantes habituales (aire y agua) y dosis interna de xenobióticos
- medir su asociación con los trastornos reproductivos y el desarrollo intrauterino e infantil neuro-immuno-endocrino
- evaluar el papel modificador de la dieta, y la lactancia y de ciertos polimorfismos genéticos pueden proteger del papel del medio ambiente
