Duration
01/01/2025 - 31/12/2029
Coordinator
Université Grenoble Alpes (France)
Funded by
Horizon Europe (Grant agreement ID: 101155977)

The EU-funded YEAH project aims to develop a holistic, digital, and person-centred intervention. Targeting children (8–10 years) and adolescents (14–16 years), it fosters social interactions with multiple actors in their environments and promotes a range of health behaviours, including physical activity, sedentary behaviour, diet, and sleep.

By integrating exposome approaches, the project ensures interventions that are tailored, holistic, impactful, and sustainable, and that are evaluated for cost-effectiveness and equity.
