Complaints Channel (Compliance)

ISGlobal makes available to its personnel a communication channel to receive complaints with regard to reasonable evidence of alleged crimes, according to criteria of truthfulness and proportionality.

The channel is also open to any third party ISGlobal can relate with. ISGlobal guarantees maximum confidentiality in the investigation processes of complaints received, protecting the identity of complainants and denounced, and their reputation. Only personnel strictly necessary in the investigation process will be informed. The administrative or judicial authorities will be also informed in case they have initiated an investigation procedure.

The investigation process and the guarantees of complainants and denounced are regulated in the Protocol of Management, Investigation and External Response of Complaints, that was approved by the Executive Committee of the entity on May 3, 2018.

The communication of any event or circumstance with a criminal significance must be channelled through the email address, which will be managed externally by the law firm Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira, S.L.P, under the strictest criteria of confidentiality.

The complainant must identify and provide the maximum information available on the facts or circumstances denounced and the date on which they were produced, as well as the identity of the responsible parties.
