Research - Our Team

Víctor Lara is a physiotherapist from Spain with over five years of experience in the healthcare sector. He holds a Master’s degree in Digital Health and has additional training in Scrum and Agile methodologies, as well as experience with R and knowledge of artificial intelligence applied to healthcare.

His professional background includes work in hospital settings and private practice, where he focused on process improvement, patient experience, and the development of telerehabilitation tools. He also participates in research activities with the eHealth Lab at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC), contributing to projects related to digital health and innovation.

Currently, Víctor works as Project Manager and Product Manager at FAMBA. He is responsible for coordinating technical, medical, and design teams, managing stakeholders, and defining product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment between clinical needs, technology, and user experience.
