Our Team

Paula Muñoz holds a degree in Microbiology from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and has completed a Master’s in Clinical Research, specializing in Clinical Microbiology, at the University of Barcelona. As part of the master’s program, she conducted research on the importance of sequencing (Sanger and NGS) in the study of resistance mutations in cytomegalovirus among patients treated with maribavir, in the Virology Section of the Microbiology Department, under the supervision of Dr. M. Ángeles Marcos and Dr. M. del Mar Mosquera. Currently, she is continuing to work on this study.
