Our Team

Solenne Garnier is the Financial Manager at ISGlobal, bringing over a decade of experience to the institution’s financial strategy.

Since 2011, her role has evolved from leading the Controlling department to her current leadership of the financial area, where she coordinates the three departments: Purchasing, Accounting, and Controlling, with a global and strategic vision, to ensure institutional efficiency and homogenization of financial processes across the organization, complying at all times with the management strategy.

Additionally, she provides ongoing strategic support to the CISM (Centro de Investigação em Saúde de Manhiça). Since 2024, she has played a pivotal role in CISM’s ERP implementation and provided the financial leadership necessary for the center’s complex recapitalization process. Besides, Solenne joined the Audit and Supervisory Committee created in 2025 as an independent committee to oversee financial accounts and ensure compliance with legal and statutory regulations, reporting directly to the Executive Committee and Board of Trustees.

Originally from France, Solenne holds a Master’s in Organisational Auditing and Risk Management and a Degree in International Management and Financial Markets. Before joining ISGlobal, she worked for more than four years as a financial auditor in BDO Spain, auditing small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and consolidated international groups from the industrial and services sectors, as well as private and public universities and other educational centres.
