With a background in Law (UPF) and International Relations (CIDOB), her professional trajectory has been defined by the management of human capital within global health environments. After managing international development projects in North and Sub-Saharan Africa, she took on the challenge of structuring the Human Resources Department at ISGlobal during its foundational stages (CRESIB 2006, ISGlobal 2011).

Her expertise integrates operational HR management with strategic organizational development. Having specialized in People Management at IESE, she currently oversees transversal projects in Talent, Change Management and institutional evolution. Her work focuses on organizational design, culture, and values, with a central emphasis on supporting teams through the promotion of healthy professional relationships and institutional well-being.
