The ACCC opens an exhibition about 'unknown' research

12.01.2011

Yesterday the Catalan Association of Scientific Communication (ACCC) opened the exhibition "This you investigate, what's the use?" in which the CREAL participated. In our case, the CREAL research more unknown for the population is biostatistics in which Juan Ramón González is working.

The exhibition aims to bring research that appears less often in the media. It is based on 15 lines of investigation, among which are the paleo-ecology of human development, geomatics, biostatistics in genetic research in complex networks or computational chemistry.

"This you investigate, what's the use?"  has been organized by the Catalan Association of Scientific Communication (ACCC), funded by the Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology (FECYT), the Ministry of Science and Innovation (MICINN) and the Department of Economics and Knowledge of the Generalitat of Catalonia.

The exhibition will be open until January 25 in the showroom Alex Garcia of Biblioteca Sagrada Familia in Barcelona.
