Conference given by Neil Pearce, Professor of Epidemiology and Biostatistics, and Director of the Centre for Global NCDs, at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, in Barcelona on 20 March 2013. This session was the first of the Global Health Lectures series. The Global Health Lectures are organised by the ISGlobal alliance (ISGlobal, CRESIB and CREAL).

When you are requested to provide personal data for the provision of services, you will be informed of what data you must provide.
