CREAL researcher Jan-Paul Zock is the new secretary-elect of the group of Occupational and Environmental Health of the European Respiratory Society

Recently members of the European Respiratory Society (ERS) has elected to CREAL researcher Jan-Paul Zock as the new secretary of Occupational and Environmental Health Group.

This choice creates a link between this CREAL researcher with the office for three years and will start next September 28, 2011, coinciding with the celebration of the XXI Annual Meeting of the Society. The group is part of the assembly Occupation and Epidemiology of the ERS and its objectives include the organization of symposia and workshops during the annual conferences, and publishing position papers on occupational respiratory diseases or environmental.

For Dr. Zock “it is an honor as well as a professional challenge” to have a more active role in this group.
