CREAL participates in Open Day

On Saturday 2 October CREAL participated for the first time on visits carried out during the Open Day at the Barcelona Biomedical Research Park. The visits through the building, which were a success in being exhausted in a few hours, had two stops or "stations" in various units or research centers.

During the short visit to CREAL, who was the first stop of "green" visit (there were four different visits identified in different colors), visitors were able to see what the research carried out at our center and have information on some of the projects we undertake. Our researchers David Rojas and Meritxell Portella were responsible to transmit our work to those who were close to our facilities.

The audience was really interested in this research the aim of which is to promote and develope advanced epidemiological research into the environmental factors that affect human health and, therefore, public health. Probably for this reason, we recruit many volunteers to participate in our research projects.
