A high school student made one-week stay at CREAL last week

During the week, the high school student Sandra Castanyer made a visit to the Centre for Research in Environmental Epidemiology (CREAL) thanking to Youth and Science of Caixa Catalunya Foundation.

Sandra met several projects that we undertake in our center as MCC-Spain, Icepure or INMA project. In fact, this student, who wants to study biotechnology, showed particular interest for the first projects, whose aim is to improve the quality of people life who suffers cancer and investigate the causes of its development.

She could visit the station on the roof of the building PRBB and measure temperature, part of the project Icepure.
