CALMA is a unique opportunity for patients and caregivers to be heard and feel empowered to shape the way they receive their care, become active in managing their own health and learn how to work together with healthcare professionals to equalize their conversations about their health.

CALMA has been co-designed and evaluated by patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals from hospitals and primary healthcare centres in Spain, Portugal and Poland.

When you are requested to provide personal data for the provision of services, you will be informed of what data you must provide.

If you do not provide this required data, we will not be able to provide you with the services. The personal data you provide or that ISGlobal obtains as a result of your browsing, queries or requests via our webpage at www.isglobal.org (the “website”) will be included in a file owned by ISGlobal for managing, storing and tracking your requests for information and/or contracting of goods or services offered via the website.
