Lara Stucki

Investigadora postdoctoral Clima, contaminación atmosférica, naturaleza y salud urbana

Lara Stucki is an environmental epidemiologist focusing on health effects of urban environmental factors including air pollution, transportation noise and green spaces. Lara holds BSc and MSc degrees in Environmental Science (ETH Zurich, Switzerland) and a PhD in environmental epidemiology (Karolinska Institutet, Stockholm Sweden).

Her main research interest is in health co-benefits of climate change mitigation. Lara combines works of two EU-funded Projects, CATALYSE and UBD Policy and investigates health co-benefits of air pollution mitigation in European cities. Furthermore, Lara contributes to the Lancet Countdown for Health and Climate Change in Europe developing the indicator wildfire smoke.

Furthermore, Lara is also involved in the EU-funded project Urban Labs – The personalized building block of exposome research, an extension of EXPANSE, in which she explores the urban exposome before and after relocation.
