Our Team

After graduating in Biology from the University of Barcelona, I moved to the Netherlands, where I obtained a PhD in Developmental Genetics from the University of Utrecht in 2003. Following postgraduate training in international cooperation, I worked for several NGO's with a primary focus on health, where I gained specific training and experience in international cooperation and fieldwork.

I joined ISGlobal as a Scientific Coordinator in 2008. My main responsibilities include developing and implementing scientific policies. I play a key role in the professional development and evaluation of researchers, research integrity and in the coordination of our Scientific Committee.

Since 2021, I am also an Associated Professor in the Department of Medicine and Life Sciences at University Pompeu Fabra, teaching Research Integrity to undergraduate and graduate students.
