The PULSE-ART project promotes lifelong learning and cultural understanding by integrating arts and culture into youth education. This European initiative focuses on enhancing Cultural Awareness and Expression (CAE) competencies across six diverse communities in Europe and Morocco. By incorporating the creative industries (CCIs) into educational systems, PULSE-ART leverages various art forms as powerful tools for fostering cultural learning, inclusion, and creativity.

PULSE-ART promotes lifelong learning by connecting educational institutions with arts organizations and cultural industries. It aims to inform policies with empirical evidence and foster unity across Europe’s diverse cultures and heritages.
