Next Friday 28th of September, Berta Grau Pujol from ISGlobal will give a talk entitled: "Water and sanitation as health determinants in southern Mozambique".

Berta Grau has a Bachelor in Human Biology from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra (UPF), Barcelona, and a Master in Control of Infectious Diseases from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. She did both her Bachelor and Master’s dissertations on epidemiology and control of infectious diseases in Mozambique and in Paraguay, respectively. In 2015, she joined the group of Dr. Jose Muñoz to develop the area of soil-transmitted helminths and schistosomiasis. She is nowadays based in Manhiça, Mozambique.
