Cristina Enguita

Cristina Enguita has a PhD in Social Anthropology from the University of Barcelona (UB, 2019). She has a degree in Psychology from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB, 2007) and in Social and Cultural Anthropology from the UB (2010). She has also completed a Master's Degree in Anthropology and Ethnography (UB, 2012). In addition, she has also been trained in international development project management (UOC-Red Cross).

She has developed her fieldwork in Central African countries, especially in Cameroon, and has focused his research on issues related to the body, identity politics, ethnic and cultural diversity, as well as migration and transnational mobility.

She joined the Institute of Global Health of Barcelona as a Social Scientist for the TIPTOP project, in the Maternal, Child and Reproductive Health team.
