Mr Jorge Salamanca is Postgraduate in Business and Administration Management by the Antonio de Nebrija University, and by the Complutense University of Madrid, and Program and Public Policies Evaluation Master, Complutense University Madrid. He has developed his humanitarian work for more than 17 years in several contexts and countries, especially Latin American & Caribbean, Africa and Middle East field and headquarters experience in several organizations. He is the team leader of Spanish Cooperation Field Hospital level 2 (Emergency Medical Team - EMT). As an independent consultant he has lead and developed evaluations, technical assistance, program identifications and consultancies for different organism, NGOS. He also teaches project management in the Development Cooperation Master, Instituto Universitario Ortega y Gasset and in the Master of Global Health & the Master of Clinical Research – International Health Track in Barcelona IS Global. He also collaborates with seminars and classes for the Complutense University in Madrid and the Universidad de les Illes Balears.
