Camila Picchio (MPH) is a multidisciplinary public health researcher currently focusing on health systems responses, specifically to viral hepatitis and HIV. She is currently the RA for the EASL-Lancet European Liver Commission and is also working on integrated care, specifically in sub-Saharan Africa as project manager of INTE-AFRICA. Camila co-coordinates a seminar on UHC and is the TA for the Health Systems & Policies module in the Master of Global Health coordinated by ISGlobal. Other lines of research include vaccine hesitancy in the general population and in health care providers.
Camila has experience working in Buenos Aires (Fundación Huésped/Hospital Fernández), New York (Treatment Action Group), and was previously an intern at the WHO Barcelona Office for Health Systems Strengthening.
