Building an active professional network is key to advance your career, because it’s not only what you know, but who you know. On this basis, ISGlobal and the Global Health Next Generation Network organize their first Barcelona Global Health Hangout, on October 17.

This social event is an opportunity for students and professionals of global health to mingle with a wide range of peers, which can be a powerful networking tool. Note that a new acquaintance you meet could also have any existing contacts who could be helpful to you or another person you know.
