What we are looking for

ISGlobal is looking for a health impact assessment modeller who will help with the quantitative analysis of a few datasets and apply health impact assessment estimates as part of the Bluehealth project, a European project funded by the EU’s Horizon 2020 programme. The project aims to evaluate health and well-being effects of exposure to blue spaces (lakes, rivers, sea, etc.). The objective is to assess benefits, risks and costs of interventions conducted in cities.

Main duties and tasks

To conduct quantitative analysis and health impact assessments.

The health impact assessment modeller will work together with others on the study to conduct the statistical analyses

Requirements

  • Degree in public health or equivalent
  • Experience in health impact assessment
  • Skills in writing and reporting
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good communications skills
  • Can work in groups

 

Training and experience

Experience on the analysis of quantitative data and health impact assessment

Languages

English
