What We Are Looking for
ISGlobal is seeking a SCIENTIFIC PROJECT MANAGER (COORDINATOR) to coordinate an EU funding application on Resilience in the face of crises.
The work is led by the radiation Programme at ISGlobal (Campus Mar), Barcelona, Spain

Training and experience /Qualifications
- Minimum: Masters degree in math, economics, life sciences or social sciences and humanities, public health or other field relevant to the job position
- PhD degree in one of the relevant areas is a bonus.
- Minimum 3 years doing the scientific coordination of EU projects,
- Experience in EU project preparation and
- Working with international Consortium
- Good leadership and team work abilities
- Capacity to establish new contacts and motivate network of collaborators
- Writing in English
- Lead the project proposal preparation and submission
- Collaborate in writing and coordinating the correspondent part of the proposal
- Coordinate work within members of Consortium
- Find other consortium members to cover the successful project implementation
- Work on the overall project budget and adjust to the Call requirements
- Organization and leading of meetings with Consortium members
- Communication with the Consortium members

The selection process is designed in two phases:
1- Interview phase of a technical nature, with the team that requires the incorporation. To assess the person's skills and CV.
2 - Meeting with HR with the finalist(s) to finish assessing the profile and discuss contractual and institutional issues.
If needed any technical test could be pass. A Psychological Competency Evaluation Test will be required for the structural or transversal positions.
In accordance with the OTM-R principles, a gender-balanced recruitment panel is formed for every vacancy at the beginning of the process. After reviewing the content of the applications, the panel will start the interviews, with at least one technical and one administrative interview. A profile questionnaire as well as a technical exercise may be required during the process.
